Terms of Service

SurvIQ is a platform for building surveys, distributing them, and analyzing their results. We offer different plans (free, subscription, and prepaid credits) with different limits and features, detailed on our pricing page.

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. You must give us accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date.

You own the surveys you create and the responses you collect. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely to provide the service to you. We claim no ownership over your content, and we do not use it to train AI models or share it with third parties for commercial purposes — see our Privacy Policy for full details.

If you upload contact lists to distribute your surveys, you represent that you have the legal authorization to do so (for example, those individuals' consent to be contacted) and that you comply with the data protection and anti-spam laws that apply to you.

You may not use SurvIQ to:

• Send unsolicited email (spam) or misleading content through the distribution features.
• Collect people's data without a proper legal basis or consent.
• Attempt to breach the platform's security or access other users' accounts.
• Use the platform for illegal activity or to infringe on others' rights.
• Deliberately overload our systems (e.g. automated scripts to generate fake responses).

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

If you connect your own email account (SMTP) to send surveys, you're responsible for complying with your email provider's terms of use and applicable anti-spam laws. SurvIQ acts only as the technical intermediary using the credentials you provided.

Payments are processed through Lemon Squeezy. Subscriptions renew automatically based on the chosen cycle (monthly or annual) unless cancelled before renewal. Prepaid credits don't expire but are non-refundable once purchased, unless required otherwise by law.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing section; you'll keep access to the paid plan until the end of the period already billed. You can delete your account at any time; see our Privacy Policy for details on data deletion.

We work hard to keep SurvIQ available, but we don't guarantee the service will be free of interruptions or errors. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice when possible.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SurvIQ will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email or within the platform before they take effect.
