Integrations

Send every response to where your team already works, with no copy and paste. They're all set up inside SurvIQ, with no code and nothing to install.

Slack

Pick a channel and SurvIQ posts every completed response there: the questions, what the person answered and a link to the results. Sales sees a lead as soon as it comes in, and support hears about a bad rating right away.

  • In Slack you create a free app, turn on "Incoming Webhooks" and copy the channel URL. The steps are on the same SurvIQ screen.
  • Paste the URL in the survey, under More options > Integrations > Slack, and send a test message.
  • You can pause it any time without losing the setup.

Webhook

As soon as a completed response is saved, SurvIQ sends it as JSON to the URL you choose. From there you can take it to Zapier, Make or n8n, and on to Google Sheets, your CRM or any other tool.

  • It includes the survey title, each question with its answer as text, the language, the date and any parameters the link carried.
  • Every delivery is signed with a secret unique to the survey (X-SurvIQ-Signature header), so your system can check it comes from SurvIQ.
  • It only sends to public https addresses.
  • It has a test button and shows how the last delivery went.

Advanced API

For teams with their own database: SurvIQ inserts each response as a row in your table, for example through the REST API of a Supabase project.

  • You choose which questions are sent and under which column name.
  • The access key is stored encrypted and is never shown in full.
  • You can see recent deliveries and retry the ones that failed.

Your own email (SMTP)

Connect Gmail, Outlook or your domain's email and send surveys from your address. Your contacts get an email from someone they know, which usually means more of them open it and answer.

  • Set it up once in Settings: host, port, username and password, with a button to test the connection.
  • With Gmail you use an app password, not your account password.
  • Each email can include the person's name and their own link or access code.
  • The password is stored encrypted.

Claude connector

Add SurvIQ as a connector in Claude and ask in plain language for a survey, to publish it or to explain the results. Claude works on your account with the same permissions you have in SurvIQ.

  • It creates surveys with every question type your plan allows.
  • It reads results and responses to find patterns, compare groups or build tables.
  • It never hands over respondents' emails or phone numbers.
How to connect it

Exports

If you'd rather work with the data in another tool, download the results whenever you want.

  • CSV on every plan.
  • Excel, PDF, PowerPoint and chart images from Basic.

Frequently asked questions

Which plan do I need?
Slack, webhook, advanced API and your own email are available from the Pro plan. Inside an organization, the owner's plan applies. The Claude connector works on every plan.
What happens if a delivery fails?
The person's response is still saved in SurvIQ. The error is logged on the integration so you can check it, and with the advanced API you can retry it.
Are my keys and URLs safe?
They're stored encrypted, and only the survey's admins can see or change them.
Are they set up per survey or for the whole account?
Slack, webhook and advanced API are set up on each survey, so each one can go to a different channel or system. SMTP email is set up once for the whole account.
Can I send responses to Google Sheets?
Yes, with the webhook and a tool like Zapier, Make or n8n, which add each response as a row. You can also download the results as CSV or Excel.
