Event feedback survey questions
Use these questions to find out what attendees thought of your event, whether it was a conference, a workshop, a webinar or a corporate event, and what to change next time. Don’t use them all: pick 5 to 10, start with the overall rating and end with an open question.

Tips for your survey
- Show the QR code on the last slide to get answers in the room, before people leave.
- Send it the same day the event ends, while everything is fresh.
- If there were many talks, ask about the main ones instead of rating each one.
- Ask which topics they want next time. It helps you plan the next event.
- Use the same questions at every edition to compare one event with another.
Frequently asked questions
- When should I send an event survey?
- The same day, ideally before people leave. If you send it days later, the experience is no longer fresh and fewer people answer.
- How many questions should it have?
- Between 5 and 10. Attendees usually answer on the way out or from their phone, so it should take 2 or 3 minutes at most.
- Do the same questions work for in-person and online events?
- Almost all of them. Just swap the venue questions for questions about the platform, the connection and the audio and video quality.
- How do I share it with attendees?
- With SurvIQ you can share it by link, WhatsApp, email or a QR code on screen. People answer from their phone without creating an account, and you see the results in charts in real time.
