The AI reads all your responses
No sampling: up to 20 blocks per action, the AI reads everything. Each extra block adds 1 credit on Standard and 3 on Advanced (or the equivalent plan actions).

Frequently asked questions
- Am I charged if the AI fails?
- No. It's only deducted when the action succeeds.
- What if I open a summary again?
- Viewing it again is free. You're only charged if you generate it again, for example when new responses arrive.
- How do I know what a large action will cost?
- If an action goes over one block, SurvIQ shows you how much it will read and what it costs, and you decide whether to continue.
- Do credits expire?
- No. Plan actions renew every month and the credits you buy never expire.
- Do you use my data to train AI?
- No. We use Google Gemini's paid service, which doesn't use your data for training, and we never send your respondents' emails or phone numbers.
- Can I use AI through Claude instead of inside SurvIQ?
- Yes. The Claude connector is free on our side: it uses your own Claude account and doesn't use SurvIQ actions or credits.
